The Best Books for LA Kids
In my humble opinion, there is no better gift than the gift of books. They can grow with kids more than most toys (except for the Melissa & Doug blocks which I swear we’ve daily for over 3 years) and kids won’t get sick of them after using them once or twice.
For any Angelenos out there, here are some of the my favorite LA (or California) themed books to buy for your little ones or give as gifts.
Los Angeles 1 to 10 - A simple counting book for babies.
Los Angeles Is…- Read through all the things LA is known for in the beautifully illustrated picture book.
Good Night Los Angeles - There’s a reason this series has a book for every single reason - because they make greta gifts!
All Aboard California - I love this whole series of books, Get to known the geography of California in this cute board book for babies.
William Heads to Hollywood- How can you resist the tale of a feline detective who heads to LA with big dreams and becomes a star. Great for toddler-aged kids.
