On today’s episode, Mary Bridget shares about the internal struggles she faced after becoming a mom for the first time. After going through some hormonal shifts caused by weaning from breastfeeding, she found herself in a low place where her days revolved around whether or not she’d get to take a shower. This was especially challenging for her since it seemed like everyone around her was going back to normal life while Mary Bridget was still trying to find her identity as a mom.
Mary Bridget also shares about her positive birth experience, 6 months of breastfeeding, sleep training, and going back to work.
