Kid-Friendly Music (That's Not Baby Shark)!
When we had our launch party last year our resident Pop Culture Dad, Chris, curated the ultimate kid-friendly playlist and it was a huge hit!
Music is a big part of both Callie and our household but pre-babies there was a lot less concern about the content of the lyrics. Although the safest and easiest bet is playing classical or radio-friendly pop hits, it was getting a bit repetitive so I turned to this old faithful playlist and thought it might be helpful in your household too.
If our DJ (aka my two-year-old) had it her way, it would be “Let It Go” and “Little Baby Bums” Greatest Hits on repeat - and let’s be real… a lot of days it is. If you’re in a music funk and not sure what else to play or have a drive-thru/park/zoom birthday coming up, I suggest you throw on our MiLOWE Party Playlist for a little Whitney, a ‘lil indie and a touch of PBS:
