A Support Resource When Someone You Know Loses A Baby
“Some of the best support is just someone there next to you, hearing you.” - Tommy’s
October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. I came across Tommy’s, a UK based online resource dedicated to finding causes and treatments to save babies’ lives as well as providing trusted pregnancy and baby loss information and support.

I had to share a video from Tommy’s from the Baby Loss Series that’s intended for friends and family who are unsure of how to help their loved ones who’ve lost their babies during pregnancy and shortly after birth.
Now more than ever there are supportive resources out there to guide these incredibly heartbreaking situations. Although every parent is different and will grieve in different ways, acknowledging that loss at any stage and validating people’s feelings seem to be crucial advice.
If you or a loved one has lost a baby, we’d love to hear from you if you are open to sharing your story with our community of parents. Know that you are safe. You are loved.
