A Minimalist Hospital Bag Check-list

A Minimalist Hospital Bag Check-list

When I had Mia nearly two years ago, I over packed when I went to the hospital. I didn’t know what I was doing - even though I looked at example check lists I swear, I thought I knew better and overpacked. The hospital provides you with all the essentials: diapers, wipes, tissues, wet wipes, nursing pads, pain meds, squeeze bottles etc. what you’re packing is really for your own comfort.

Below is a checklist of all you’ll need. Note: your partner will likely not be able to sleep over at the hospital for the time being, so please check the policy with your specific labor & delivery ward. They should let you know protocol and what to expect.

·      Water Bottle

·      (2) nursing friendly bras

·      Slippers

·      A comfortable outfit to head home in

Thinking of all the strong mamas and families birthing during the pandemic. You are all superheroes!!!
