On this week’s episode Brittany, a fellow mom-podcaster from @informed.mommy, shares about her induction at 37 weeks due to high blood pressure, working with a lactation consultant, and struggling with sleep deprivation.
In Brittany’s case, her sleep deprivation was so bad that it almost caused her to get into a life-threatening accident. After telling her pediatrician what happened, he strongly encouraged her to sleep train her son using a modified full extinction method.
