10 Products I Use Everyday (For Sanity) Now That I Have Two Kids

Two years and three months apart… my little sweetie gals are the light of my life but they truly suck the living energy out of me. I’m laughing (from exhaustion) as I write this. I wanted to share 10 items I use every single day that makes everyday life with two kids, that much easier.

  • Nalakai Ring Sling: My favorite soft and beautiful ring sling is something I keep in my diaper bag at all times. When you are running on little energy, chasing after tots, make sure you’ve got a nice soft and foldable carrier so that when you’re out and about so you can go hands-free with your babe.

  • Joovy Caboose Double Stroller: This stroller is super affordable, has a nice sized basket, comes with an organizer and has the perfect seating arrangement for my kids (sitting and standing for my toddler). Sometimes I don’t want to bring this long stroller, so I’ll just wear Jordan and bring my Colugo stroller.

  • Splash Pad: I got this splash pad to occupy my toddler when I was pregnant but as soon as the younger one could sit, it was the perfect opportunity to get them both playing together. In this heat… it’s necessary!

  • Motivational Water Bottle: This water bottle has changed my life - I was never the greatest with drinking water, so this keeps me accountable. I personally prefer a straw but if you’re not into that, here’s a glass option that you might like!

  • Mustela Gentle Soap: My two babes need a gentle but effective cleanser that I can trust. I’ll keep this short because if you’ve gotten this far into the post I’m sure you know how dirty toddlers can get.

  • Disney Music & Lights Walker: One of the keys to managing two under three is having places to sit your new baby while you juggle your new life. I’m only sort of kidding. We love this one. because the built-in toy trays can be easily opened up to reveal an empty tray for food or other toys.

  • Lulyboo To Go Bassinet: This was a bit of an impulse purchase and it became one of our favorite tools in our baby kit. We bring this to the park, friend’s houses, traveling etc. Love the portability - it folds in one easy snap into a backpack.

  • Picasso Tiles: Building… that can occupy my tot while I put the baby down. Or if I just need a break that’s screen free. We were gifted Magnatiles first but they were expensive to build a set big enough to occupy her time. These Picasso tiles fit (only slightly off) with Magnatiles.

  • Modeling Air Dry Clay: When the babe is down for a nap, I like to fit in an activity that’s just for me and my toddler (so she feels my full attention once in a while) and modeling clay is one of our go-to’s.
