The Young Authors' Workshop

Dieneria Brown is a published author with experience in the educational field from the elementary level through higher education. She has a B.A. in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing and a M.F.A. in Creative Writing. She combined her passion for creative writing and education when she founded Young Authors' Workshop - a creative writing auxiliary program and publishing house for children. 

With summer camps cancelled due to COVID-19, Young Authors’ Workshop has decided to offer our summer workshop online. The workshop includes 15 hour long sessions. Each session is available for one week, so students can take them whichever day and time work best for them. The summer program runs from June 15th to August 31st. As with all of our workshops, it culminates with the publishing of the young authors’ work in a book.
