The MVPs of Our Road Trip
Earlier this week I shared everything we purchased to entertain our four year old on our cross country trip and today I’m sharing out most valuable products of the trip. In no particular order, here are our faves!
Trash Can - I’m not sure why it took me so long to add one of these to our car but it was a total game changer. No more stray lollipop sticks or wrappers in random parts of the car anymore!
Organizer for car activities - I used this organizer for all of our car activities and it worked so well! I kept it at my feet in the front seat and every time my daughter got squirmy I’d pass her a new activity.
Cooler from Target - We travel with out large Yeti but added a small backpack cooler this year for our day one lunch and snacks we wanted easy access to (like cold grapes). This exact one is currently sold out but knowing Target it’s very possible it will come back in stock.
Yoto Player - Our 4 year old spent 3 of our 5 days in the car listening to her yoto player (for over 6 hours each day!). You can read my full Yoto review here.
Mosquito Guard Kids Repellent Bands / Bracelets - These came in handy while we were in Steamboat Springs and I liked that I didn’t have to spray something all over our clothes/body. We also got these stickers.
Kids Hiking Boots - These cute boots made my daughter so incredibly happy. She loves hiking and has been begging for a pair of hiking boots so I found this pair on Amazon. The price is right and she loved them! She’s worn them a half dozen times in the last week and she says they are very comfortable.
