Sarah's Monthly Podcast Picks

Sarah's Monthly Podcast Picks

I’m Sarah, originally from Ireland and now living in LA with my husband and little girl Elliott. I’m a Lifestyle & Interior Stylist, lover of minimalism and artisan design, and curious about everything from culture to current affairs, and business to psychology.

My time spent listening to podcasts on these subjects increased significantly since I had Elliott, as it became the easiest way for me to consume media while looking after a baby. Podcasts feel like an intimate experience, and most importantly they help keep me part of the adult conversation, when I'm knee deep in the world of mothering.

Each month I’ll be sharing my top podcast picks that give me pause for thought, and spark new ideas. They might do the same for you.
