Her work focusing on mind+body re-alignment and how our dynamic posture effects our mood, confidence, as well as function and how we carry ourselves. The work is a process of undoing, rather than doings and a way to tap into our innate sense of balance, movement, and coordination. In addition to the 1800 hours of Alexander Technique training, Deena received her BA from The University Of Texas where she studied Education, she worked with kids and adults with disabilities for five years and, she studied Developmental Movement (how toddlers learn to move) with The Murray’s (master teachers).
