My Review of The Steezy Dance App
I don’t know about you but now that I have two girls under 3 years old, I have a very hard time getting out of the house to work out. I decided to try out the Steezy dance app and after only a couple of weeks, I’m loving it! And so is my tot, Mia, who is absolutely not able to follow along but loves to dress up and twirl around.
“The unique steezy digital studio technology allows you to watch dance teachers demonstrate moves from different angles, adjust the tempo of your class, play any move or section on loop while you practice. You can even cast directly to your TV. Save your favorite classes to take as many times as you like.” - steezy.co
I love the portability of having an online tutorial that fits into my day, whenever I’ve got 30 mins - 1 hour to shake it out. With kids on the go, my physical activity priorities are (sadly) low on my list, but I’m hoping to change that. Out of the two weeks that I’ve had the app, I’ve been able to do a little movement - stretching, light cardio, beginner or intermediate classes almost every day.
Here’s all of the classes I’ve done:
Shuffle Step + Farmer + Farmer Run
Stretch & Warmup 1
Warmup: Floor
Warmup: Stand + Floor
Contaminated - Banks
Up - Cardi B
What Is Love - TWICE
Hip Hop Follow Along
Stretch & Warmup Day 1
Center (ballet) - ‘90s Pop Hits
As If It’s Your Last - BLACKPINK
Solo - JENNIE
FOV Workout
Workout Grooves
From KPOP and Ballet to Hip Hop, Contemporary and everything in between, I highly recommend these comprehensive dance tutorials that will get you flexing your muscles physically and mentally (helping you retain choreography). Check it out! Your first 7 days are free.
